Log in to your Martide account and click on your profile icon at the top right, then on Settings and then on Change Password:
You will see this page:
Here you can:
Enter your current password into the Current Password box
Enter the password you want to use to in the New Password box
Enter the new password again in the Password Confirmation box
Click Save
What To Do If You Can't Access Your Martide Account
If you can't remember you password or you have forgotten which email address was used to create your Martide account you will need to do one of two things, depending on who created the account:
If YOU created your Martide account but you can't access it because you've forgotten your password or email, you will need to create a new account. Martide cannot help you access your old account as we don't know your password and cannot override it.
If a Manning Agent or Crew Manager created a Martide account FOR YOU, you will need to contact them directly and ask them for assistance.
