With Martide, it's easy to see if you have any upcoming crew changes so you're ready to embark. Here’s how to use the Crew Changes feature.
Log into your Martide account and click on Crew Changes on the left. If you DON'T have any crew changes you will see this page:
If you DO have an upcoming crew change you will see a page that looks like this:
Here you can:
See your crew change's progress. The icons at the top are Documents, Contract, Visa, Travel Arrangements, and Working Gear. Green means that stage is complete. Blue means that stage is in progress. Red means that stage has not been approved yet. Grey means that stage isn't needed.
See who to contact if you need help and send them a message.
Below that you will see the expected port for the crew change, and on- and off-signers, including you:
Below this you will see the vessel and travel information. If no travel arrangements have been made for you yet, you will see the message below:
If your manning agent or crew manager has booked travel, you will see the flight, taxi or train information to or from the port. Note that these will only show if you have confirmed them.
Below this you will see details about the job including the join date, vessel specs, your salary, and the manning agent and employer.
How to view your completed crew changes
There are two tabs at the top of the page: In Progress and Completed. Click on Completed and you will see this:
Here you can:
See all details of your completed crew changes: the vessel, vessel type, your rank onboard, the date the contract ended, the status and the contract length. This is just for your information.
The Crew Changes feature works on both Martide's website and on our mobile app for seafarers.
