We welcome new manning agents to work with us and invite you to create a Martide account, which you can do here. You can then add your job vacancies (for free) to our website and seafarer job app. You may also be invited by a shipowner or crew manager that you work with.

Approved manning agents have been audited and certified by Martide. If we have been able to place seafarers through your agency and the client feedback is positive, we may invite you to join our Approved Partner Network.

If you’re a member of the APN, we will actively promote your manning agency on our website. We will also promote your services to our clients.

Martide’s maritime crewing software is a complete solution that takes care of both the recruitment and hiring of seafarers as well as the crew planning, vessel management, document storage, and travel arrangement side of your operations. We also have integrated payroll functions and an inbuilt messaging system. Martide’s crewing software is highly visible and intuitive to use, unlike a lot of other products on the market.

First, check the Pipeline's Settings to see if the interview stage has been created. Second, create a new Assignment because Pipeline changes are not reflected in Assignments or Recruitments that have already been created.

First, check both the Candidates and Seafarers pages. Second, remove the default status filter which is set to Active on the Seafarers page. If you still cannot find the seafarer, contact support.

Absolutely. We take security incredibly seriously. Martide is hosted on Google Cloud Google Security Whitepaper and Martide employees do not have physical access to Google data centers, servers, network equipment, or storage. In addition, we maintain the privacy of all users and contacts within your account. Our platform separates data through an access control feature that is based on company, users, and roles.

Martide’s Software as a Service (SaaS) solution operates on a multi-tenant model in order to keep your data secure and private at all times. The multi-tenant SaaS model is one in which single or multiple devices can access software via the internet. That means our software is delivered directly to your laptop, PC, tablet, or phone and you don’t need to download or install the software on your device.

This eliminates the hassle and expense hassle of buying, installing, maintaining and upgrading software because you pay a simple subscription fee to use the software as and when you need it. Furthermore, your data is only accessible by the users you give permission to.
