How To Upload Your Seafarer Documents on Martide's Website

Uploading your certificates and documents to Martide is important for creating a complete profile for job applications. This is how to upload documents to your Martide seafarer profile using our website.

  1. Log into your Martide account.

  2. Go to your Profile and scroll down to the section you want to upload documents to.

  3. Click on the button that says 'Add CV', 'Add Medical Document', 'Add Visa' etc

  4. A pop-up box will open. Add information about the document - i.e. document number, country of issue, date of issue etc.

  5. Drag and drop your document into the box or click the Browse Files button to add/upload your files.

Tip: We recommend that you use clear and professional file names, for example: John_Doe_Medical_Check.pdf

Troubleshooting Document Upload Issues

If you're having trouble uploading a document, try the following:

  1. Re-scan your documents and make sure they're clear and saved in an accepted format, such as PDF or JPG.

  2. Upload files one page at a time to avoid file size or system issues.

  3. If you're still having trouble, take a screenshot of the error message or issue and send it to the Martide Support Team with a brief explanation of the problem.
