In Martide you can set documents that are required for certain nationalities. For example, seafarers from the Philippines require Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) documents to work on your vessels and you can select them here.
A Note About National Required Documents
Before you add a new National Required Document, it must be added to the relevant Data Template. At this point, it will be required for every seafarer of any nationality.
Martide’s system will then only require the document for the selected nationality. This applies across the whole system, from candidate application to hiring.
For example, at the Document Validation stage in a Pipeline, if your candidate is Ukrainian, the system will recognize it and won't flag them as missing the DMW document for Filipino seafarers. But the DMW document WILL be a requirement when you’re hiring Filipinos.
