How to Upload Your Seafarer Documents Using Martide's App

Here’s how to upload your seafarer documents to your Martide profile using our seafarer job app.

  • Open the Martide app on your phone.

  • If you are not already logged in, log in to your Martide account.

  • You are on the Home page. Click on My Documents.

The My Documents section looks like this:

  • Click on the document type that you want to upload. For example, Travel:

  • Click + Add Travel (for example). You will see this:

  • Select your document type from the drop-down menu.

  • Enter the document number.

  • Select the country from the drop-down menu.

  • Enter the document’s issue date.

  • Check the Unlimited box OR enter the document’s expiry date.

  • Click the Upload Attachments button and upload your document.

For example:

  • Click Save when you’ve finished.

  • Your document is now saved in your Martide seafarer profile.

  • The other document types are entered and uploaded in the same way.

  • To view a document’s details, click the arrow next to the document type:

Tip: We recommend that you use clear and professional file names, for example: John_Doe_Medical_Check.pdf
